Gift Processing Specialist

As a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation team, the Gift Processing Specialist ensures that all gifts are recorded, and donors are thanked within a timely manner. This individual provides outstanding customer service to the Foundation’s donors to accept gifts and answer questions about their gifts to the Foundation. Chapter Accountant

As a member of the EO Finance team, this full-time staff member is responsible for account management, budgets, audit, and financial review of collegiate chapters. This member of the Executive Office Finance Team communicates frequently with chapter officers, volunteers, and external vendors to ensure correct and timely chapter financial operations. Executive Assistant

As a member of the Executive and Operations teams, the Executive Assistant is responsible for the administrative and executive support of the Executive Director and Grand Council as well as daily mail operations. Secondarily, the position will oversee and perform a variety of projects and administrative tasks supporting other teams in the office.
