District Leadership Conference

Each year, Alpha Delta Pi sisters from our six districts gather together for a fun and exciting leadership experience called District Leadership Conference, or DLC. DLC’s are held during the months of January and February. Here is a full list of DLCs for 2018:

Several chapter officers are required to attend DLC in order to receive valuable training for their position as well as have time to share ideas with other chapters across their district. Typically, these officers are required to attend:

  • Chapter President
  • Executive Vice President
  • Membership Education Vice President
  • Finance Vice President
  • Recruitment and Marketing Vice President
  • New Member Coordinator
  • Formal Recruitment Chair
  • Director of Standards and Ethics
  • Director of Social Enrichment
  • Philanthropy Chair
  • Panhellenic Delegate
  • Scholarship Chair

Additionally, members of the chapter advisory board should attend DLC.
